SEA of VEGGIES

Did you know that seaweeds are often used to fertilize wineyards? There has even been attempts of producing seaweed wine! Sea veggies can be combined with many different flavors. They will add both taste, texture, and aesthetics to your dish.  Know what Umami is? Seaweeds are packed with it - as well as vitamins, minerals, omega fatty acids.
