First in the world? Taste of Salt has opened an urchin bar in Vega/Helgeland, Norway. We serve "roe" on ice, uni espresso, and a sweet & salty surprise. For the real ocean foodie we offer urchin workshops 4 times in July. Focus will be on marine gastronomy and increasing travel experiences. A workshop for the industry and for all ocean foodies. Free of charge!
