First in the world? Taste of Salt will open an urchin bar in Vega/Helgeland, Norway this summer. We will also offer 2 sea urchin workshops during July. Focus will be on marine gastronomy and increasing travel experiences. A workshop for the industry and for all ocean foodies. Free of charge! More information later this spring.
