First in the world? Taste of Salt opened an urchin bar in Vega/Helgeland, Norway (2019). During the summer season, we serve "roe" on ice, uni espresso, and a sweet & salty surprise. For the real ocean foodie we even offer urchin workshops. Focus on marine gastronomy and increasing travel experiences.
